Adams is top scorer in the 2019 tournament using Japan wing Kotaro Matsushima.
Habana (2007), Lomu (1999) and also Julian Savea (2015) have all scored eight tries at a single tournament.
There are a few legends there, it would not be bad to combine that list, do it? said Adams.
The 24-year-olds first goal is going to be to overcome the Wales record of six set by Shane Williams in the 2007 tournament in France.
Fingers crossed with three additional matches to go, hopefully I can pip him said Adams.
We will wait and see.

Its very exciting, said Adams.
You can argue it is the greatest week in my career so far with playing in a World Cup quarter final.
I would never have said I would be standing here telling you that 18 months ago, but Im over the moon to be here. Hopefully I can get out there next Sunday and also do everybody
Adams and middle Hadleigh Parkes are the only players to Begin all four games for Wales in Japan beating Fiji, Australia, Georgia and Uruguay to top Pool D.

I came out of the match okay, said Adams.
It was tender, but its something you deal with and it didnt stop me.
I will only manage this week using all the seven days and Ill be with no strapping next Sunday when selected.
We have seven days today which is fine, especially after the four times we have just had. This has been tough, particularly backing up.
But, Adams states playing two matches in such a short space of time keeps himrugby tough.
He added:If you take small knocks and you have had a period away they have a tendency to linger a little more.
When youre playing in, week you can seem to shrug off them a tiny bit quicker.
That has helped me. Ive no issue with backing up with a four-day turnaround. I totally love playing and its always a special event playing for Wales.
Adams was at the Wales side which beat France 24-19 in Paris after the traffic trailed.
France are renowned for having the ability to turn it and if they do they are extremely dangerous, explained Adams.
Theyve got some excellent players. At times in this contest theyve looked excellent. They certainly pose a threat to us.

After you say it like this it will put it into perspective a bit, does not it? said Adams.
But we have got a demanding 80 minutes following Sunday.
There is no explanation as to why this group of players cant achieve something particular.
Weve got belief in one another and in the squad and were all excited moving forwards today.
This is where we wanted to get ourselves . To be top of the pool provides us the best opportunity of making it all of the way.
